To achieve our 'quality objectives' we operate quality systems and procedures that ensure regular checks take place throughout the life of a project to ensure our very highest quality, consistently.
It is the policy of Catering Complex to supply services of the correct quality and to ensure that the client's requirements are met with a consistently high standard.
In order to ensure that this policy is implemented and maintained throughout the practice a documented Quality System has been prepared.
The aims and objectives are:-
